Three of the five apartments at Kiama Ridge Waters are on the ground floor: Ground Floor 3-Bed Home in Kiama's Heart, 3-Bed Kiama Unit with Courtyard and 3-Bed with Alfresco Dining. Each opens onto the garden, has no stairs to the front door, sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and takes pets on request, so pick whichever is free for your dates.
Whichever apartment you choose, you get the same layout: three bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, an open-plan kitchen, a laundry, a large alfresco balcony with a BBQ and garage parking for two cars. Four have a king, a queen and two singles, and 3-Bed with Alfresco Dining has a king, a queen and a double. Otherwise, the only difference is the floor.

Ground Floor 3-Bed Home in Kiama's Heart is on the ground floor, with no stairs to the front door. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, and your car parks in a secure garage for two. It is not a certified accessible apartment.
Every guest's needs are different, and a listing can't answer every question. If someone in your group uses a wheelchair, walker or pram, call 1300 752 154 before you book and ask about the route from the garage to the front door, the door widths and the shower entry. We would rather you know exactly what to expect than find out on arrival.

- The nearest emergency department is Shellharbour Hospital, about a 20-minute drive.

- Easts Beach is 1.3 km away and the town centre about 2.3 km. If those distances are too far on foot, drive and park closer: the garage makes it easy to come and go.

Destination Kiama and Kiama Council list a good range of accessible places around town, all a short drive from the apartment. Facilities change, so check with each venue before you go.
Surf Beach: a beach wheelchair is available from the Surf Beach Life Saving Club during patrol hours. Council says the beach is patrolled every day from the September school holidays until the April school holidays, and it has an accessible toilet.
